With every iOS 6 release for developers, DevTeam had been pushing iOS 6 JailBreak which would help them to make their tweaks/applications compatible with the devices when the stable JailBreak is available. Recently, they have released yet another tethered JailBreak for A4 based devices on iOS 6 GM that uses the same limera1n exploit to give you an SSH access.
Unlike other JailBreak, this would not install any Cydia icon for you on Springboard. Hence, if you are not a developer and looking forward to install tweaks, themes or other third party applications from Cydia, this tethered JailBreak is not meant for you. As usual, Safari and certain system applications could crash if you don’t boot tethered once the devices is rebooted. It needs to be done every time for the rightful behaviour of iDevice.
Redsn0w has been updated to version 0.9.13dev4. iOS 6 final would be available on September 19 with 200 new features. You can download it from the links below –
